DIY light fixtures are expression of our creativity to make unique light fixtures to be installed in our house or more than that, we can sell it if other people like our handy crafts. Making the light fixtures can be a fun project if we can make the unique designs. There are lots of things we can use to make our projects.
From the cheapest one up to the most expensive things can be used to make the design of the light fixtures to be looks interesting, unique or luxurious ones. It depends on our ideas and creativity to form those things into the light fixtures as we desire.
Now, I will tell you about the cheapest one. I said that it is the cheapest one because we reuse the things that are usually thrown by the people. We can use the plastic bottles. If we usually throw away the plastic bottles as the drinking water drunk up, now we can make use of those thrown plastic bottles.
We can make a pretty chandelier from the bottom of the plastic bottles. We actually need to collect those plastic bottles as much as we need to make this project done.
If we have collected many plastic bottles, we can cut the bottom of the plastic bottles which are usually having the shape of a blossom. Collect them and connect each other by using string or thread.
Then make the shape of the chandelier we desire and voila, we get a pretty chandelier. Well, another cheap DIY light fixtures project is by using the pop top. We frequently drink pop, and we throw away the top of the can as we have opened the can.
But did you know that we can create a unique lampshade from the pop top? Collect the pop top as much as we need to make the project. We can make it by hooking the pop top each other and form the shape we desire. Put the lamp in the middle of it and we will get a unique lampshade as we turn it on.
Being aware or not, we can use the things that are thrown away by the people and turn it into valuable things. Just play with our mind to create something useful from those thrown way things to make creative DIY light fixtures.
